We’re pre-launch and deliberately lean. That means the person we hire for backend infrastructure is also making decisions about system architecture. The designer we hire for product is also shaping how the brand communicates. Scope is broad by design. Not because we’re understaffed, but because the work hasn’t been divided yet and there’s real ownership available to whoever picks it up.

We move deliberately. Shipping fast matters less to us than shipping right, and “right” includes how something works, who it works for, and what happens when it doesn’t. That slows some things down. It also means the work tends to hold up better once it ships.
