Common questions
Does my client need to create an account?
No. You send your client a link. They can view deliverables, leave feedback, and pay their invoice without signing up for anything.
When do I receive payment?
Stripe processes payments and transfers funds on their standard schedule (typically 2 business days after the client pays). We don’t hold your money.
Are there transaction fees?
Allies Deliver charges no platform fee on top of payments. You pay Stripe’s standard processing rate (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction for most cards).
Can I use my own branding?
The Pro plan includes a white-label portal: your logo, your domain, no mention of Allies. On Free and Solo, your portal includes a small “Powered by Allies Deliver” footer.
What file types can I upload?
Any file type: PDFs, images, videos, design files, source archives. You can also share external links: Figma frames, Loom recordings, staging URLs, anything with a URL.
